STUDENT ASSISTANT PROGRAM
SimCorp offers a highly valuable Student Assistant Program for students eager to dive into the FinTech world, which combines finance and technology. It is designed to let young people embark on their career journey by gaining real first work experience.
As a Student Assistant, you will engage in real tasks and projects, learning from inspirational leaders based all around the world.
Meaningful Work Experience Participate in a 3-month summer program (July-September 2026) to develop your skills through hands-on experience.
Guidance and Feedback Receive support and mentorship from a dedicated Buddy.
Career Opportunities Gain the opportunity to secure a job upon successful completion of the program.
Financial Compensation Earn 6,000 PLN gross per month for full-time work (36 PLN/h gross on a civil contract).

WHAT WE VALUE
Studies: Faculty of computer science or similar
Interest: Develop cloud-native solutions
Academic Level: Last years of studies (4th or 5th year in Master)
Skills:
Over 1yearof hands-on experienceutilizingNET technologies, with a focus on C#and MicrosoftNet or JS/TypeScript, Angular, Node.js
DB knowledge – preferably SQL
Hands-on experience doing peer reviews
Strong fundamentals in software testingtools,techniquesand methodologies.
Proficient in Git
Understanding of DevOps principals
Knowledge of software development practices
Abilities:

Work within a time-box
Problem-solving
Ability to handle complexity and work with data
Teamwork: Collaborative team player
Initiative: Proactiveness and ownership
