As a Student Assistant, you will support the delivery of reporting services across the People Function. Working closely with our reporting specialists, analysts, and business stakeholders, you will help ensure reliable, accurate, and timely reporting through platforms such as Workday and POINT.

This is an excellent opportunity for a student who wants to build practical experience in data, reporting, analytics, HR technology, and stakeholder collaboration.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support the delivery of recurring and ad hoc reports through Workday and POINT.

• Assist with report scheduling, monitoring, and quality assurance activities.

• Perform data validation and quality checks to help ensure accuracy and consistency.

• Prepare data extracts and support analysis requests from stakeholders across the People Function.

• Maintain reporting documentation, runbooks, and process guides.

• Help manage reporting inventories and service requests.

• Support troubleshooting of reporting issues and escalate where appropriate.

• Work closely with reporting specialists, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

• Contribute ideas for process improvements and automation opportunities.

• Participate actively in team activities and learning opportunities.

You are likely

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree.

• Comfortable working with data in Excel and other digital tools.

• Curious about analytics, reporting, technology, and business processes.

• Customer- and service-oriented when supporting stakeholders.

• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities.

• Proactive, dependable, and willing to take initiative.

• Positive, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment.

It would be a plus if you have:

• Experience with Power BI, Workday, or other reporting platforms.

• Basic knowledge of data visualization or reporting concepts.

• Exposure to HR, business analytics, information systems, or related disciplines.
