• Coordinating internal and external communications
• Maintaining and updating documents and databases
• Assisting with recruiting and HR
• Handling procurement
• Managing our social media presence

What you contribute

• Enrolled full-time Bachelor’s or Master’s student (e.g. Computer Science, Psychology, Media Informatics, Science Management)
• Excellent written and spoken German and English
• Meticulous, independent working style and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency with common office applications (especially Excel)
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Experience with social media platforms
• Motivation to learn new topics quickly and a rapid grasp of concepts
• Programming experience is a plus, but not required
• Ideally, practical experience in the tasks listed above
• Residence in Berlin or surrounding area (on-site work only)
• Interest in explainable artificial intelligence (XAI) and scientific research questions

The position is initially limited to 1 year. An extension is explicitly desired.

The weekly working time is 20 hours. This position is also available on a part-time basis.
