Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Our Department of Psychiatry is seeking to hire a part-time Student Assistant to join our Medical Psychology Assessment Clinic (MPAC). The MPAC is a training clinic for neuropsychological and psychodiagnostic assessment servicing children, adolescents, and adults. You will provide administrative support to our clinic.

Please note: this is a student position

Salary range: $17.90/hr - $26/hr


Job Qualifications

  • Must be a current UCLA student
  • Ability to assist with data entry
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Clear and professional verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with faculty, staff, and coworkers
  • Ability to set priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly word and excel
