As Legal & Compliance Student Assistant, you will work two days per week, supporting the Swedish organisation across legal, data protection and business ethics matters. The position runs from end of 2026 through 2027, with the possibility to extend for the duration of your law studies. You will enjoy a high level of flexibility to plan your work around your study schedule.

As part of International Operations, you will join our largest operational unit. Covering 194 countries and 95% of the world's population, more than 18,000 of us work passionately to serve 35 million patients each day. Within International Operations, you will join the Swedish Legal & Compliance department, a close-knit team of four. You will collaborate primarily within the European and Canadian region, where the Legal, Ethics & Compliance organisation consists of about 150 people. Ultimately, you will be part of a Global Legal organisation of around 700 colleagues worldwide. The Swedish organisation itself gathers more than 100 people, giving you the opportunity to work closely with colleagues across functions while being connected to a truly global network. There is a possibility to work from either Malmö or Stockholm, and we offer flexible ways of working. If you are based outside these areas, some travel to the office will be needed.

Salary and Benefits: This position is hourly paid. For this position, the hourly base rate is 161,3 based on an assessment of relevant factors such as experience, educational background, demonstrated competencies, and the specific skills required for the position. In addition to the hourly base rate, Student Assistants are entitled to a pension scheme (currently 10% employer contribution and 5% employee contribution).
