As we accelerate our IT Transformation, we are looking for a structured and communicative Student Assistant to support the Head of IT Transformation with communications and change management activities across our global IT organization.
This is a hands-on role at the heart of a major organizational and digital transformation program. You will produce and coordinate communications that reach the full IT organization and broader WSA stakeholder community, while working closely with senior IT leadership and aligning with Corporate Communications on tone, messaging, and channels. The role carries a dotted reporting line to Corporate Communications.
Draft, edit, and publish communications for the full IT organization and wider WSA stakeholder community, including all-staff emails, newsletters, intranet posts, and presentations, in alignment with strategic guidance from the Operations Advisor in Corporate Communications
Coordinate and track activities across active change management initiatives within the IT transformation program
Prepare materials for IT leadership meetings, flagship events such as Cyber Security Week, and town halls
Manage and maintain digital communication channels for the IT organization including the intranet, mailing lists, and relevant internal social media
Contribute to engagement activities including workshops, campaigns, and staff communications
Support administrative tasks related to communications and information management, including handling of confidential content
Assist with scheduling, follow-up, and documentation for the Head of IT Transformation as needed
Experience and qualifications
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Communications, Media Studies, Business, IT Management, or a related field, with at least two years of studies remaining
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular PowerPoint; experience with intranet or content management tools is a plus
Fluency in English, both written and spoken (corporate language is English)
Availability of approximately 15-20 hours per week, with flexibility around exams and academic commitments
Ability to work on-site at our Lynge office (Copenhagen Region); please factor in commute when applying
Personal competencies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong eye for tone and clarity
Genuine interest in IT and digital topics, with the ability to understand and explain technical subjects in clear, accessible language for a non-technical audience
High level of discretion and professional maturity when handling confidential or sensitive information
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams
Proactive, curious, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving environment
