We are currently looking for a talented and creative student assistant to join our Internal Communications team in the People and Culture department in Gentofte, Copenhagen. As a Student Assistant, you will support theInternal Communications teamwithdelivering on companywide communicationsEffective communication plays a key role in employee engagement and in building a change-ready organisation across our almost 10,000 employees.
Your responsibilities
Your role will be to create internal communication material for STG, where we expect you to collaborate with key internal stakeholders supportingthe transformation agenda. For the tasks given, we expect you to own and drive them, with the support of your manager.
A keyresponsibilitywill be to develop and publish content for our Sharepoint site (news articles, videos, posters etc)and our information screens Beyond this, tasks will also include:
Co-owning the editorial plan and the execution thereof
Supportingthe successful roll-out of projects throughstrategicinternal communications
Partnering with key stakeholders to ensure that internal communication needs are being met
Contribute to the monitoring and evaluation of ongoing communication activities
Adhoccommunication tasks when time allows for this
What we are looking for
You are currently in the last year of your bachelor’s degree, or in the first year of your master’s in a related subject to the role
You are a good storyteller and can build a written narrative in a story or presentation suitable to the audience
Your strength lies in the written words, but design and video recording/editing capabilities are a plus.
You understand thedifferencein communication formats and channels and how to tailor messaging accordingly
You actively seek to understand the newest trends, both within the communications field and within the industry, and have a willingness to test new things.
You are structured and able to prioritiseto deliver on a wide range of deliverables simultaneously
You are flexible and recognise that small tasks done well also create big value
You know how tomanage different Microsoft applications such as SharePoint and Teams, but also Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel)
We expect you to work between 15-20 hours/week, but we are of course flexible around exams. You should be fluent in English, both written and spoken. Danish fluency is also a plus.
