We are looking for a Student Assistant to support our Global HR Communication and Community of Practice activities. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international HR environment while contributing to strategic initiatives that shape the way we work together globally.

As a Student Assistant, you will support the global HR team implementing the HR operating model through effective communication, coordination, and community-related activities across Global HR.
In addition, you will support Community of Practice owners in HR to drive the global alignment on HR practices across business areas and geographies.
In both cases, you will work closely with colleagues and stakeholders across countries, helping to ensure structured, clear, and effective communication.
