
Student Assistant, Global Strategy

As the new Student Assistant, Global Strategy, you will be part of our Strategy & Execution team and work on high-impact, cross-functional projects that help drive STG's strategy forward. You will work directly with the Head of Strategy and the rest of the team, partnering closely with business leaders and subject matter experts across the organization. Your contributions will support strategic initiatives, Executive Board decision-making, and ultimately help STG deliver our strategic ambitions. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure across functions and markets, and play an active role in shaping the future of STG. The role provides valuable exposure to business analysis, strategic projects, and cross-functional collaboration.

We work flexibly and understand the importance of balancing work with your studies. At the same time, collaboration is a key part of how we work, so you will typically be expected in the office 1–2 days per week, while working a 15-20 hours per week. For this role, the Hourly Salary is 160 DKK corresponding to the level of the position, expected experience and responsibilities.
We see our Student Assistant program as a long-term investment and aim to develop talent that can grow into future opportunities within STG after graduation.
