Job Description

Central Human Resources (CHR) is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience within the Human Resources field. The ideal applicant must be self‑motivated, diligent with follow‑through, proactive and forward‑thinking, while remaining professional and team‑oriented. This role offers the opportunity to gain experience across the employee, faculty, staff, and student life cycle within Human Resources, while making a meaningful contribution to the University’s vision.

  • Provide administrative support to assigned teams within Human Resources
  • Support front desk operations, including greeting guests and connecting them with an HR team member, mail, and conference room requests
  • Assist with asset and technology inventory and setups
  • Digitize records via scanning and entering into an electronic system
  • Assist with event planning and training support for both CHR and CHR Executives (room setup, compile/organize documents, catering, etc.)
  • Demonstrate strong organization, predictive analysis, multi-tasking and time management skills

Minimum Qualifications: Applicant must be a current/enrolled student at USF and have a current Summer Award for the 2026 Summer Semesters in order to apply for this position.
