Are you looking for a relevant student job where you can combine front desk service with administrative tasks in a Facility Management organization? We are looking for a student assistant who thrives on working with people, service, and structure.
You will become part of the Facility Management team and have a varied workday with both front desk and administrative responsibilities.
Reception
Welcome guests and colleagues and ensure professional and friendly experience
Handle phone calls and emails
Manage the daily operations of the reception
Administration and Overview
Create and maintain various overviews and service agreements
Structure and contribute to the development and implementation of SLAs (Service Level Agreements) for Facility Management
Support daily operational tasks within soft FM
Ad hoc tasks and smaller optimization initiatives
You are currently enrolled in a relevant education program – for example service management, hospitality, hotel & leisure, or similar – and are looking for a student job where you can apply your service mindset in practice.
We expect that you:
Are approachable and service-minded,
Have an outgoing personality and thrive in a visible role
Work in a structured and detail-oriented way
Have a good overview and the ability to follow tasks through to completion
Are independent and take responsibility for your tasks
Thrive in a role that combines interaction with people and administrative work
Additionally, you:
Have strong IT skills, especially in Excel and Outlook
Are comfortable communicating in both Danish and English, as we are a global company with colleagues from around the world
Understand the importance of presenting yourself in a professional and presentable manner
A relevant student job with good opportunities to develop your skills within service and operations
A varied workday with both reception and administrative tasks
Insight into Facility Management operations/soft FM
An informal work environment with great colleagues
Working hours: approx. 10–15 hours per week (flexible in relation to your studies). However, it is expected and hoped that you can work 20–25 hours per week during the summer (weeks 28–30) to cover colleagues’ holidays

Start date: As soon as possible, preferably no later than July 1, 2026
