Location: In-Person (USF Tampa Campus)
The Front Desk Student Assistant supports daily simulation center operations by providing excellent customer service, administrative assistance, and reception support.
Reception & Customer Service
☐ Greet visitors, students, faculty, and standardized patients professionally
☐ Respond to general inquiries or escalate as needed
☐ Check-in students and visitors for simulation activities
Administrative Support
☐ Monitor front desk email and relay messages
☐ Prepare and distribute participant packets or materials
☐ Support printing
Operational Support
☐ Provide directions within the simulation center
☐ Keep reception area tidy and stocked with supplies
☐ Communicate supply needs
☐ Submit facilities-related tickets as needed via Monday.com platform
☐ Accept incoming packages from USF Mailing & Receiving staff and other vendors & notify simulation staff
☐ Hand out parking passes to approved visitors
Must be a current USF student. Applicant must have a current Federal Work Study (FWS) award for the current academic year to apply for this position.
