We are looking for a curious, motivated Student Assistant to join our Asset Strategy Platforms team. You will work directly with data analysts and platform teams on real analytical problems — cleaning and preparing data, building dashboards, and supporting AI/ML experiments. This is a hands-on role in a large-scale logistics data environment where your output feeds actual business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare, clean, and validate data to support analysis and AI/ML experiments.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards tracking platform performance and adoption metrics.
• Support ad-hoc analysis — translating business questions into structured tasks and communicating findings clearly.
• Help design and run experiments exploring AI/ML approaches to improve platform products.
• Document processes, findings, and methodologies to support team knowledge sharing.
• Work with large-scale datasets across logistics, operations, and supply chain domains.
• Use AI tools (e.g., Copilot for code completion, Claude documentation drafting) to accelerate tasks — and validate their outputs critically, not at face value.
What We Are Looking For
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s programme in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics) at a danish university and available to work upto 20 hours per week
• Mindset: You are curious, self-directed, and comfortable with ambiguity. You ask good questions and do not wait to be told what to do next.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Python or SQL. Exposure to Power BI, Azure, or Databricks/Jupyter is a plus. Familiarity with AI coding tools (e.g., Copilot) and LLM-based analysis is valued — as is the judgement to know when to trust their output.
• Communication: You can explain findings clearly to analysts and non-technical colleagues alike. Insight without communication has limited value.
• Collaboration: Responsive, reliable, and open to feedback. You treat AI-generated outputs with healthy scepticism and know how to validate results.
Why Join Us
• Work on real data challenges in a company that moves 20% of world trade.
• Hands-on experience with modern data and AI/ML tools in a production environment.
• Mentorship from experienced data analysts and platform product professionals.
