The job
DTU Space Ventures promotes the commercial utilisation of space in Denmark. We support Danish companies with business development, funding, network and resources to help them take advantage of the rapidly growing commercial opportunities in space applications. We are home to the European Space Agency’s (ESA) two centres in Denmark: the ESA Business Incubation Centre Denmark, which supports startups, and the ESA Technology Broker Denmark, which supports established companies.
As our new student assistant, you will work closely with our administrative coordinator and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. All tasks are carried out under supervision and with guidance, and you are not expected to make independent decisions or take on responsibilities beyond the scope of the tasks described. Regular check-ins and day-to-day oversight ensure that your work is performed correctly and in line with departmental needs.

A bachelor’s degree is not required. The tasks are of a practical and administrative nature and can be carried out based on general organisational skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with standard office tools and procedures.

Salary and appointment terms
Salary and employment terms are in accordance with the OAO-S Joint Agreement for Office Clerks, Laboratory Technicians and IT staff (HK/stat).
The position is based at DTU (main campus, Lyngby).
Working hours are approximately 15 hours per week, with flexibility around exam periods. The employment runs as long as you are an active student.
