Join us in this role where you’ll be responsible for assisting the team primarily through analysing data, preparing material for senior management and general work on aligning strategic direction setting with execution focus in DT. Welcome to Portfolio & Performance (P&P) in Ørsted DT
You’ll be part of Digital Direction & Enablement where you, together with your colleagues, will focus on senior leadership decision support, performance insights, and helping structure digital priorities in close collaboration with stakeholders and leadership. We’re part of the Portfolio & Performance department, where teamwork, trust, and close collaboration shape how we work every day.

As a team, we collaborate closely across projects and use each other’s perspectives to strengthen our work. You’ll be supported in developing your analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • structuring data and maintaining DT performance tracking
  • creating material for decision-making and decision-making processes governance at top management level
  • engaging with stakeholders to understand needs and collect relevant input and data
  • supporting the development and operation of portfolio and performance processes
  • setting up hypotheses, identifying root causes, and helping solve complex problems
  • supporting your colleagues in ad hoc analysis and problem-solving support

To succeed in the role, you:

  • are currently enrolled in the last year of your bachelor’s or the first year of your master’s studies
  • bring strong problem-solving skills and a structured, strategic mindset
  • work independently and take responsibility for your own work streams
  • can analyse information carefully and turn it into clear and meaningful output (incl. MS Excel and PowerPoint competencies)
  • have an interest in how digitalisation enable the business and create value
  • can communicate and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders

Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.

About Ørsted

Ørsted is the global leader in offshore wind power and is one of the largest renewable energy companies in the world.

Within a decade, we transformed from being one of Europe’s most fossil fuel-intensive utilities to being ranked as one of the most sustainable energy companies in the world. Today, we’re guided by a clear vision: to create a world that runs entirely on green energy.

We provide countries, companies, and communities with sustainable, reliable, and cost-competitive energy solutions, including offshore and onshore wind, solar, renewable hydrogen, and energy storage.
