As a Student Assistant within Commercial Operations & Analytics, you will support the Generic Medicines business in Sweden and Denmark through a mix of business support, analysis, process coordination, and continuous improvement activities. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain insight into how a commercial pharmaceutical organization operates while working closely with colleagues across different functions and contributing to initiatives that support business performance and operational excellence.

Your Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Support day-to-day commercial and operational activities within the Sweden and Denmark Commercial Operation team.
Assist with recurring pricing processes and commercial operations activities, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
Support the preparation, validation, and maintenance of commercial data and business tools.
Contribute to business-related activities by coordinating information and supporting operational execution.
Perform ad hoc analyses and business support activities to help address commercial opportunities and challenges.
Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of business tools, workflows, and digital solutions.
Collaborate with colleagues across commercial, finance, supply chain, and other business functions.
What You'll Bring to the Role
Essential Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Health Informatics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Strong interest in understanding how commercial organizations operate and create value.
Analytical mindset and ability to approach problems in a structured way.
High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership when handling business-critical activities..
Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with stakeholders across different functions.
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently when needed.
Fluent in English.
Essential skills: You are motivated by learning how businesses operate, enjoy supporting colleagues and stakeholders, and take pride in delivering reliable, high-quality work. You combine curiosity and commercial awareness with a structured approach and strong attention to detail.
Desirable Requirements
Working knowledge of Swedish and/or Danish is considered an advantage.
Interest in process improvement, digital solutions, automation, or the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.
