Job Description

Ambu A/S is currently looking for a new Student Assistant in Commercial Excellence & Insights to be based in our global headquarters in Ballerup.

As student assistant, you will help us understand customers and identify patterns, support us in ensuring training of our field force, and contribute to enabling commercial teams with AI. You will work closely with different team members within the Commercial Excellence & Insights team and engage directly with stakeholders across the commercial organization.

Working hours

We expect the normal weekly working hours is between 15 and 20 hours varying with peaks and exams.

Key Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include:

Data Analysis

Assist with cleaning, structuring, and analyzing market, survey, and CRM data with the aim of identifying customer and market insights. Help combine different data sources to support segmentation, trend analysis, and comparisons across customer groups or markets. Prepare clear charts, tables, dashboards, and summaries that translate data into actionable insights for internal stakeholders

Insights Data Capture and AI

Help maintain and improve our insights repository, ensuring research findings are easy to find, well structured, and consistently documented. Tag, organize, and summarize studies, reports, and key learnings across projects and markets. Support the development of clear standards for how insights are stored, categorized, and shared.

Use AI tools to support analysis, synthesis, and insight generation across customer and market research projects. Help explore practical applications of AI for understanding customers, markets, competitors, and emerging trends. Support prompt development, structured inputs, and quality checks to improve the relevance and reliability of AI-generated outputs

Training Operations

Manage training calendars and participant communication. Coordinate room bookings and hotel/travel arrangements where required and liaise with potential external suppliers, including managing purchase orders and supplier documentation in line with company processes. Track registrations, attendance, completion records, and evaluation data. Provide logistical support before, during, and after training events

Maintain SharePoint sites and learning portals, ensuring content is current and easy to find. Upload, organize, and version-control training materials

Suggested candidate profile

Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program within business, economics, or a related field.

Skills

  • Strong planning skills and ability to organize with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver within deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to structure datasets, and work with formulas, tables, charts, and basic data cleaning. Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, SPSS, or similar tools is an advantage
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly through charts, summaries, presentations, and visual outputs.
  • Interest in using AI tools to support analysis, synthesis, coding of open-text responses, desk research, and insight generation
