Job Description Summary
Provide general admin/office support.

Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities – Office Assistant (Athletic Department):

  • Greet and assist student-athletes, coaches, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer phones, take messages, and respond to general inquiries
  • Maintain and organize athletic department files, records, and documents
  • Assist with data entry, scheduling, and preparation of team travel and game day materials
  • Support event coordination, including distributing passes, preparing rosters, and organizing equipment

Required Qualifications
Little to minimal prior experience. Ability to learn support process. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

Desired Qualifications
A cell phone, laptop, and or PC will be necessary for daily responsibilities. Communication is key for both roles; if something comes up, it is expected that you reach out and update your supervisor. Reliable transportation.
