Student will be responsible for assisting in the area of business delivery for Executive Education programs.
This includes but is not limited to:
· The reproduction and assembly of program materials
· Compilation of program evaluations/entering data into Qualtrics system
· Pull reports and program tags/tents from Destiny One database
· Supply/breakroom inventory
· Minding the Dively reception desk during designated times
· Assisting with mailings
· Other duties as assigned.
Wage range: $13.00 - $14.50
Skills Required (if any):
Student must possess a strong attention to detail; be proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel; be time managed and highly dependable; and must be willing to interact with external clients in a customer service role when needed.
