As our new Logistics Intern, you will be supporting daily logistics operations, tracking shipments, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
What you will be doing
As a key part of the Supply Chain & Logistics team, you'll create impact by Contributing to process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs across our logistics network.
Your main responsibilities include:
• Coordinate daily transportation and logistics operations, tracking shipments and monitoring delivery status to ensure on-time arrivals
• Prepare and maintain logistics documentation including invoices, shipping documents, and delivery notes
• Analyze logistics data and generate reports on performance metrics, costs, and trends to support decision-making
• Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to provide shipment updates and resolve operational issues such as delays or discrepancies
• Support process improvement initiatives and participate in logistics planning and scheduling activities
What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are a detail-oriented and analytical individual currently pursuing or recently completing a degree in Logistics, with strong organizational skills and a genuine curiosity for how supply chains work.
We would also imagine that you have:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Logistics or a closely related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas and data handling)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and in a team
It is a plus if you also:
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and complex formulas
• Previous exposure to logistics, warehousing, or supply chain environments (academic projects or part-time work)
• Familiarity with ERP or transportation management systems
