Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Provide overall administrative to the DOM Admin-Executive Office and support higher-level projects within the David Geffen School of Medicine. Incumbent will maintain and updated databases and records, assist with research activities and data collection, and coordinate events.

Hourly Salary Range: $18.20 - $30.00. Please note that the department's target hourly pay range is $18.20 - $24.10.


Job Qualifications

Required:

  • Skill in preparing and editing documents, presentations, and reports to a high standard
  • Ability to assist with research activities and data collection effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, including the capacity to interact professionally with faculty, staff, and external parties.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Currently enrolled at a UC

Preferred:

  • Ability to coordinate and manage events and meetings efficiently.
  • Familiarity with database systems, data entry, and data integrity practices
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program.
