As a Student Analyst, you’ll combine strong analytical thinking with commercial curiosity—evaluating new product and market opportunities, structuring business cases, and translating insights into recommendations that drive growth. If you’re studying business, life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field and motivated by market dynamics and products, we’d love to hear from you.
As a Student Analyst in the Swedish Business Development team, you will play an essential role in driving growth, developing operational procedures, and analyzing new potential products and market opportunities to grow our portfolios.
In this role, your focus is to help drive commercial growth by evaluating new product and market opportunities for Sweden. You’ll combine analytical thinking with market understanding, structure business cases, and translate insights into recommendations that move decisions forward.
You will experience a high degree of trust and responsibility in your job, making the work both challenging and rewarding.
You will be part of a small, dynamic, and ambitious team focused on professional development, individual responsibility, team spirit, and an informal tone. Our team currently consists of three student analysts and six full-time employees.
We value diversity and believe that having varied perspectives drives innovation and growth. That’s why we’re looking for two distinct profiles for these roles to take our team’s impact to the next level.
You are commercially curious and motivated by understanding markets, products, and decision-making in a healthcare context. You enjoy analysing opportunities and risks, structuring business cases, and collaborating with stakeholders to turn insights into action.

Have a strong interest in business development, market dynamics, and products within healthcare or pharmacy
Are comfortable working with numbers, assumptions, and Excel-based analyses
Enjoy structuring ambiguous problems and translating them into concrete recommendations
Communicate clearly and like working with different stakeholders to move analyses forward
Are curious, commercially minded, and motivated by seeing your work influence decisions
Speak a Nordic language; Swedish is preferred but not mandatory
