Would you like to be part of driving Nordea Asset & Wealth Management's ambitious 2030 strategy forward?
We are expanding the AWM strategy team (AWM Office) in Oslo and are looking for a curious, analytically strong and tech-savvy Student Analyst to support strategic initiatives at the intersection of strategy, artificial intelligence and business transformation. You will gain broad exposure to the largest bank in the Nordics, contribute to topics that influence growth, efficiency and quality, and work closely with experienced colleagues and senior stakeholders.
AWM comprises Private Banking, Nordea Asset Management and Nordea Life & Pension and serves as Nordea's center of excellence for savings and investments. AWM Office shapes priorities, translates strategy into delivery plans and enables strategic decision-making through evidence-based insights. We also provide high-quality support and advisory to the Business Area Head.
You will join a collaborative, ambitious and supportive team working across AWM's strategic agenda. The role offers a steep learning curve, broad Nordic exposure and opportunities to contribute to the future of savings and investments.
Collaboration. Ownership. Passion. Courage. These are the values that guide us in how we work and how we make decisions – and that we imagine you share with us.
As a Student Analyst, you will support the management team with analyses, research and preparation of decision material for the AWM leadership team. You will work alongside a high-performing team and gain insight into how a large Nordic Asset & Wealth Management business is run.
We see this role as a two-way exchange. While you will learn from experienced colleagues, we also welcome you to bring fresh perspectives, challenge assumptions and contribute new ideas. As someone with a strong interest in artificial intelligence, you will be encouraged to question established ways of working, identify opportunities for improvement and help us explore how AI can enhance decision-making, productivity and the way we deliver value to customers.
This is the right role for you if you are curious, analytical and excited by the opportunity to contribute to strategic discussions and business transformation. You enjoy solving complex problems, bringing structure to ambiguity and collaborating with others to turn ideas into action. You are eager to learn, challenge conventional thinking and help drive innovation in an industry undergoing significant transformation.
People come here when they want to get somewhere. For some, it’s to take their career to the next level. For others, it’s to break new ground within their area of expertise – in other words, with us, you will always move forward.
A culture that fosters performance and growth in one of the largest Nordic banks, offering various opportunities to evolve, develop and learn from brilliant colleagues with diverse backgrounds in a vibrant working environment.
Hybrid working model – we believe in the value of bringing people together and at the same time we embrace the freedom of flexibility.

Every day we strive to find new ways to improve diversity and inclusion within our community e.g. we have signed the European Diversity Charters in the countries where we operate to show our commitment and engage with others to continue learning and improving.
