Drive Meaningful Change

As a Student Analyst in the New Markets team, you'll support the evaluation of new product and market opportunities across Europe. Through market research, portfolio analysis, and data-driven insights, you'll contribute to decision-making related to portfolio growth, product prioritization, and commercial opportunities. You'll work closely with colleagues across Product Development, Regulatory Affairs, Commercial, and analytical functions, gaining broad exposure to how new products are evaluated and brought to market.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Conduct market, profitability, and competitor analyses to support portfolio development and strategic decision-making.
• Identify and evaluate new product opportunities across hospital and pharmacy segments in different markets.
• Support product prioritization and portfolio growth through data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Analyse product performance, pricing dynamics, and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Contribute to pricing strategies and support products throughout their lifecycle, from initial evaluation to market launch.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Product Development, Regulatory Affairs, Commercial, and other analytical functions to support successful market entry and portfolio development.
• Support the team with various analytical, operational, and ad hoc tasks.

About You

We expect you to be self-driven, proactive, and eager to take ownership of your tasks. You thrive in a fast-paced, international culture, bring an out-of-the-box mindset, and have a structured approach to complex problems.

We imagine you:

• Are in your second or third year of your bachelor’s degree.
• Have excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel.
• Are curious, adaptable, and have a business understanding with a willingness to learn.
• Are interested in business development, international trade, and market research.
• Are proficient in both spoken and written English.
