ABA Squad is a clinician-owned ABA clinical company providing high quality, ethically oriented applied behavior analysis services to children with autism across Missouri, Florida, and Georgia, delivered wherever works best for each family: at home, at school or daycare, or in our clinic locations.
Founded and led by Board Certified Behavior Analysts, we deliver ABA therapy, early intervention, social skills groups, school readiness programs, and family training. Every child gets a dedicated BCBA + RBT team, strategically matched for fit: needs, goals, schedule, location, and personality. Our leadership meets twice a week to make every match right, because the right match is where progress starts.
We set our team up to succeed from day one. Every placement begins with a real, confirmed client match, so your hours, your schedule, and your caseload are genuine from the moment you start. It's a more thoughtful way to hire, and it's why our clinicians stay, grow, and build lasting careers with us.
Because at ABA Squad, education runs through everything. Families receive hands-on training so their child's progress continues at home, every single day. And our clinicians never stop growing either: ongoing supervision, mentorship, and structured development are part of our everyday rhythm. At the center of it is Squad University, our pathway for RBTs working toward BCBA certification, with supervision, experience hours, training, and raises as you progress.
If you're a BCBA looking for meaningful work with real support, or an RBT ready to grow into certification, let's team up.
