Advisor Executives are those who
take care of all learning activities of students in our online English course
at Topica Native. The Advisor Executive who is expected to be not only a tutor
but also a partner will support students to learn, make them motivated and move
their English skills forward.

What will you do?

• Follow all learning
  activities of students to motivate them to learn gradually and get improved,
  support to timely solve all problems based on scripts and FAQs.
• Implement online
  1-1 review session twice a month with students.
• Cooperate with
  other departments to handle all issues if any.
• Participate in
  building and upgrading caring process or CRM system in a more smooth and
  convenient way.
• Do other
  development tasks when manager requires.

What do you need to bring?

• Graduated
  from English Teaching, English Language or relevant fields.
• Have
  a degree or English ability equivalent to IELTS 6.5
• At
  least 1 year of experience in the position of English teacher, English tutor,
  Customer Service Specialist or similar positions. Working in English training
  organizations and projects is preferred.
• Resistant
  to high pressure at work
• Strong
  interpersonal skills.
• Has
  logical thinking, well organized. Being progressive and willing to learn.
