Position Summary Information

Job Description Summary

Provide administrative and customer service support for the Undergraduate Financial Aid Office by assisting with daily office operations, including answering phone calls, tracking incoming mail, scanning documents, and supporting special projects. Assist Financial Aid Advisors by monitoring and responding to inquiries received through the general financial aid email account, answering student questions via email and phone, and helping ensure timely and accurate communication with students and families.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and provide customer service to students, families, and campus partners.
  • Monitor and assist with inquiries received through the general Financial Aid email account.
  • Respond to student questions via email and phone in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track and process incoming mail for the Undergraduate Financial Aid Office.
  • Scan, organize, and maintain electronic and physical documents.
  • Provide administrative support to Financial Aid Advisors and office staff.
  • Assist with special projects and departmental initiatives as assigned.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure information is processed efficiently.
  • Handle sensitive student information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
