
The Student Accounts Counselor will provide high-quality service to students and families in all matters related to student billing, payment plans, and especially student health insurance. This role serves as the key liaison for student health insurance inquiries and ensures compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements.
This position will work primarily at the Wilf and Beren campuses, and other campuses as needed. It has the potential to be remote for a day a week during the school year and 3-4 days per week in the periods when students are not on campus.
This key position is part of the senior leadership team of the Office of Student Accounts. The position works under the direction of the University Director of Student Finance and the Director of Student Accounts.
