About this opportunity:

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Student to join our team in the Managed Services area at Ericsson that is responsible for the management, monitoring, and maintenance of operations in Telecom, IT, infrastructure, data centers, and servers, with the goal of optimizing the efficiency and availability of systems and equipment. In this department, Ericsson provides services to two major U.S. telecom companies, supporting the installation, configuration, and maintenance of telecom equipment and services. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of large-scale and high-impact projects in a global environment.

What you will do:

  • Support the configuration of Telecom equipment;
  • Assist with the reception, replacement, and installation of Telecom hardware;
  • Collaborate on operational activities and processes within large-scale data centers;
  • Contribute to the maintenance and optimization of infrastructure and Telecom systems,
  • Engage in continuous learning and improvement alongside experienced professionals.

The skills you bring:

  • Academic background in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or Mechatronics Engineering;
  • Technical training aligned with the mentioned fields of study;
  • Proactivity, strong communication skills, and willingness to learn;
  • Flexibility and adaptability to dynamic work environments;
  • Complementary technical courses in the area of study are a plus;
  • Advanced English,
  • Spanish is a differential.
