About the Role

The Internship Program provides students with hands-on exposure to real-world business and program management activities, supporting both professional and personal development. This role supports ongoing Customer Program Management (CPM) activities across multiple OEM programs, contributing to day-to-day operations and timely delivery of critical outputs.

What You Will Do

  • Support Customer Program Management (CPM) activities across multiple OEM programs (TATA, Mahindra, MSIL)
  • Assist with budget and demand tracking, including demand planning, demand shifts, and CAPEX tracking
  • Track timesheets and FTE hour bookings for Program Managers across OEMs and cost centres
  • Support CY budget planning activities, including SDS uploads and preparation of EPUT files
  • Assist with yearly budget planning and related data consolidation
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect program updates on milestones, risks, issues, and action items
  • Support the creation, maintenance, and improvement of trackers, dashboards, and executive reports using Excel and Power BI
  • Ensure timely updates, data accuracy, and adherence to reporting timelines
  • Follow organisational policies, quality standards, and documentation hygiene on Confluence

What You Need to Be Successful

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed BE / B.Tech / MBA or equivalent (Engineering, Management, Finance or related disciplines preferred)
  • Good understanding of program / project management fundamentals
  • Strong Excel skills (data tracking, consolidation, basic dashboards)
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and teams
  • Good analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage recurring and time-sensitive tasks
  • Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and take ownership
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow structured processes and work in a team environment

  • Ability to manage parallel tasks across multiple programs
