Structured Products Sales are in charge of the commercial development of the Client solutions team. They manage a list of leads, maintain the relation with existing clients and offer them a one-stop shop for the conception and execution of structured products (and all other similar products). Sales are also in charge of the lifecycle of products. They participate in events to promote TP ICAP and the Client Solutions division. Estelle would be part of the Distribution Sales team, meaning she will cover distributors : private banks, financial advisors and family offices, mainly in France, Luxembourg, Monaco and Belgium.
Role Responsibilities
Promote TP ICAP
Provide complete support to the business for the smooth running of the desk
Assistance in administration tasks
Identify trade opportunitiesfor the clients
Price structured products
Manage the lifecycle of products
Draft marketing content
Contribute to the organisation of the desk events
Monitor markets and follow financial news and developments
Fulfil additional / ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business
Network and build relationships amongst not only the desk, but the wider business
Build an understanding of the various asset classes and products across TP ICAP
Experience / Competences
Essential
Strong technical knowledge in derivatives and structured products
Strong knowledge of various asset classes (Equity, Fixed Income & Credit, Commodities, FX)
Clear communication skills - confident but with humility
Good networking skills and emotional intelligence to build effective relationships
Strong work ethic with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and resilience
Drive and ambition to learn and thrive in this fast-paced, high energy business
Numerical strength, analytical thinking with an aptitude for technology
Commercial awareness and business acumen
Desired
Ideal previous experience in investment banking / asset management / brokerage in structured products and derivatives
