About the Role

iCapital is looking to hire an Analyst to join the Structured Investments Distribution (SID) team. This role will support key operational, compliance, and sales enablement functions for the team. This role is responsible for managing onboarding processes, coordinating compliance disclosures, and maintaining the integrity of critical sales data within Salesforce. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate effectively across multiple teams to drive efficiency and support business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new companies partnering with the Structured Investments team, ensuring timely and efficient onboarding.
  • Partner closely with Compliance and internal stakeholders to streamline onboarding approvals and reduce turnaround times.
  • Track onboarding progress and provide status updates to stakeholders, helping ensure a seamless experience for the sales team and external partners.
  • Support ongoing Salesforce enhancement initiatives by helping maintain visibility into onboarding workflow stages and key milestones.
  • Coordinate and prepare all STAR Compliance disclosures on behalf of the Structured Investments Distribution team.
  • Consolidate data from expense management platforms, including Coupa and Expensify, to ensure complete and accurate disclosure reporting.
  • Work closely with Compliance to facilitate timely submissions and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of Salesforce data through regular audits, updates, and data cleansing activities.
  • Review, validate, and update client, prospect, and opportunity records to ensure information remains current and reliable.
  • Support the SID Sales team by providing accurate data that enables informed decision-making, efficient pipeline management, and stronger client engagement.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance operational processes, improve reporting capabilities, and drive greater efficiency across the team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and/or a certificate in Finance, Business or Administration with a focus on operations or related fields
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, compliance coordination, or financial services
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally across sales, compliance, and operational teams
