Structured Finance Lawyer (NQ-1 year PQE)

Our Structured Finance team is looking for a talented NQ-1 year PQE lawyer. The ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of the following workstreams: securitisation (private or public), debt capital markets, asset backed securities, receivables financing and/or asset-based lending.

What We’re Looking For:

An England & Wales qualified lawyer with NQ-1 year PQE, with traineeship or other experience gained at either a City firm or a strong national or regional practice. The ideal candidate will be technically excellent, commercially minded, and solutions‑focused, with a strong client orientation supported by excellent communication and organisational skills.

The successful candidate will collaborate effectively as part of a high‑performing team, and demonstrate a genuine interest in contributing to the continued growth of our structured finance offering.
