We are looking for a highly motivated and analytically driven Project Finance professional to join our dynamic and international team. In this role, you will play a key part in structuring and executing complex financing transactions, supporting projects from early-stage development through to financial close.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects, gain exposure to sophisticated financial structures, and actively support the growth of a fast-evolving business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the structuring and execution of project finance transactions, from the due diligence phase through to financial close, including active participation in contract negotiations.
Prepare Information Memoranda for prospective lenders and coordinate competitive financing processes to secure optimal funding solutions.
Maintain and develop relationships with financial institutions, lenders and their advisors.
Contribute to the Development review and optimization of financial models, including project valuations, risk analysis and sensitivity testing.
Update and manage the banking model, assessing alternative financial return scenarios and financing structures.
Liaise with internal teams and external advisors involved in the transaction (legal, tax, technical, etc.).
Support the finance team in loan administration activities related to the existing financing, including waiver requests, model updates, covenant monitoring and financial ratio calculations.
Support the implementation and maintenance of financial models used for project financing and portfolio management.
Review project contracts to ensure that bankability requirements are properly reflected in agreements related to PPAs, construction, O&M, M&A and Business Development activities.
Key Requirements
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering or related fields.
3-5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in project finance; experience in the renewable energy sector will be considered a plus.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively with financial institutions and advisors.
Proactive, detail-oriented and collaborative working style.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in cross functional and International enviroments
