Job Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and updating the Structural BIM Execution Plan (BEP) in line with the Singapore BIM Guide and project requirements.
• Coordinate structural design models with other disciplines to ensure accuracy, clash-free design, and compliance with BIM standards and LOD.
• Review and manage data exchange of structural models to ensure completeness and quality.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and clash detection sessions, tracking and driving issue resolution.
• Support submission of structural BIM models and drawings to local authorities.
• Possess structural modelling skills and participate in modelling or adjustments when required.
• Maintain communication with design consultants and construction teams to ensure model-site alignment.
• Support BIM Manager in driving BIM workflows, standards enforcement, and deliverables management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in structural BIM coordination or model management.
• Familiar with structural component modelling, construction drawing coordination and relevant codes.
• Knowledge of BIM/VDC/IDD concepts; certification is an advantage.
• Proficient in Revit Structure, Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.
• Strong communication, coordination and teamwork skills.
