Job Description

We are seeking a Structural Quality Engineer with a keen eye for detail and strong technical expertise to ensure the highest quality standards across our structural works.The ideal candidate will ensure the structural safety of engineering projects, monitor structural quality during the construction process, evaluate material performance, coordinate with all parties to resolve structural issues, prepare quality reports, participate in acceptance work, and continuously update knowledge of structural quality management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Management Planning

The Structural Quality Engineer needs to participate in formulating the quality management system and quality control plan, clarifying various quality standards and requirements, and ensuring project quality complies with stipulated standards.

2. Quality Supervision and Inspection

Conduct comprehensive supervision and inspection of project quality throughout the entire process, including raw materials, mix ratios, construction techniques, finished product protection, and other stages, ensuring project quality meets design requirements and relevant standards.

3. Quality Issue Handling

Identify and handle project quality issues, analyze causes, propose improvement measures, and supervise the implementation of corrective actions to ensure timely resolution of quality problems.

4. Quality Acceptance and Assessment

Participate in the acceptance and assessment of project quality, conduct quality evaluations of the project according to relevant standards and regulations, ensuring project quality meets specified requirements.

5. Quality Information Management and Reporting

Responsible for collecting, organizing, analyzing, and reporting project quality information, promptly reporting the project quality status to relevant departments and management, providing a basis for improving quality management.

6. Quality Training and Guidance

Participate in quality training and guidance activities, enhance employees' quality awareness and skill levels, and promote the effective operation of the quality management system.

Qualification and Experience:

• Degree or diploma in Structural / Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years experience in structural quality management, preferably in modular or industrial construction.
• Familiar with ISO9001 and GB/T50430 quality management systems.
• Strong understanding of structural materials, fabrication processes, and standards.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
• Experience in data centre projects will be a strong advantage.
