Core Responsibilities

• Steer the Project Lifecycle: Manage structural engineering initiatives from early-stage planning through the completion of the construction phases.

• Integrate Complex Systems: Champion multidisciplinary coordination, working seamlessly with MEP teams to ensure fully integrated and conflict-free design solutions.

• Architect Technical Excellence: Oversee and meticulously review structural calculations, specifications, and drawings to guarantee the highest standards of quality.

• Navigate Code Compliance: Ensure all structural designs adhere strictly to local, state, and federal building codes, including IBC, ASCE, and ACI standards.

• Drive Project Delivery: Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure milestones are met on time and within scope.

• Cultivate Key Relationships: Act as the primary technical liaison between clients, architectural partners, contractors, and internal engineering teams.

• Ensure On-Site Success: Conduct strategic site visits and inspections, proactively identifying and resolving complex design and construction challenges in the field.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

• Experience: 3–8 years of direct experience in structural engineering and project management.

• Systems Coordination: Proven hands-on experience coordinating with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.

• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of structural analysis, design principles, and applicable building codes (IBC, ASCE, ACI, etc.).

• Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of industry-standard engineering software, including ETABS, SAP2000, AutoCAD, and Revit.

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

• Licensure: Active EIT certification or Professional Engineer (PE) license (or currently pursuing).

• Sector Expertise: Strong background in executing mid- to large-scale commercial or residential projects.

• Lifecycle Experience: Demonstrated knowledge of full construction administration (CA) processes.
