A design firm that specializes in architecture, interiors, engineering, and planning is seeking a Structural Project Engineer to support the growth of their expanding structural practice by delivering innovative design solutions and leading multidisciplinary collaboration at their Sacramento office.
Your Day Includes
Lead structural projects from conceptual planning through construction administration
Coordinate closely with architects, MEP, civil engineers, and consultants
Perform gravity and lateral analysis using applicable building codes
Mentor entry-level engineers and help guide team deliverables
Partner with department leadership on strategy and project execution
Must Haves
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and active PE license
6–10 years of structural engineering experience across commercial, industrial, or advanced technology projects
Strong working knowledge of ASCE 7, ACI, AISC, and construction document coordination
