We have active, ongoing structural projects across Texas and need skilled fitters now. Whether your background is in structural steel or ship fitting, we have a position that matches your experience. Qualified candidates move through our hiring process fast and get to work quickly.
Minimum 3 years of structural or ship fitting experience in an industrial or marine environment
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and fabrication specs
Experience with layout, fit-up, and alignment to code tolerances
Familiarity with AWS D1.1 or similar structural welding/fabrication codes preferred
Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
