  • Develop structural systems within budget and project timelines.
  • Prepare technical specifications for structural steel and support supplier selection with the commercial team.
  • Manage project schedules and ensure timely completion of engineering documentation.
  • Supervise suppliers during project execution, including inspections, documentation review, quality control, and non-conformity resolution.
  • Coordinate interfaces with technical project management, EOR/AOR, third parties, and other project lots.
  • Collaborate with plant design, installation, piping, electrical, and control teams to ensure integrated project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, quality, and HSE requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support assembly activities, supplier audits, claims management, and continuous improvement through project feedback and product management responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years of experience or Master’s degree with minimum 3 years of experience in Structural Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in structural engineering and project execution.
  • Strong knowledge of structural engineering software such as Dlubal RSTAB/RFEM, CSI SAP2000, Bentley STAADPro, or similar FEM 3D tools.
  • Fluent English language skills (written and spoken) are mandatory; French and additional languages are considered an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/PIRS and strong technical documentation skills.
  • Experience managing technical interfaces and clarifying customer engineering queries.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and strategic decision-making abilities in complex environments.
