Position Title: Structural Engineer - Facade

Meraki Group is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Structural Engineer - Facade to join our team as an immediate joiner In this role, you will engage with design and engineering processes for various facade systems, ensuring structural integrity and aesthetic appeal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and evaluate facade systems, including but not limited to curtain walls, cladding, and glazing options, following relevant codes and standards.
• Produce detailed design calculations, specifications, and drawings for facade components.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to solve design-related challenges.
• Conduct site inspections throughout the installation phase to ensure compliance with specifications and quality control.
• Review and verify submittals for materials and facade systems.
• Communicate effectively with project teams to track design and installation progress.
• Keep abreast of advancements in facade materials and engineering practices to enhance project outcomes.

Requirements

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering.
• At least 3-5 years of experience specializing in facade engineering and design.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in structural analysis tools such as SAP2000, ETABS, or STAAD Pro.
• Comprehensive understanding of facade materials including glass, metals, and composites.
• Skilled in utilizing design software like AutoCAD and Revit.
