The firm is recognized for its ability to mobilize highly skilled international and local talent, including expatriate technical experts, consultants, and project specialists, to support critical operations and infrastructure development.

• Complete structural scheme design, optimization and feasibility demonstration in bidding and FEED stages, and support bid technical documentation compilation.

• Independently conduct structural modeling, finite element analysis and strength/stability/fatigue verification under marine environmental load cases in line with international codes.

• Produce, check and optimize full-set structural fabrication and construction drawings, and ensure compliance with client and classification society requirements.

• Provide full-process technical support for onshore fabrication, offshore lifting, transportation and installation, solve on-site technical problems and handle design changes.

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, follow up drawing review and inspection acceptance, and complete technical document filing and delivery.

Job Requirements

• Education Bachelor’s degree or above in Offshore Engineering, Civil Engineering, Ocean Structural Engineering or related majors.

• Professional Skills Familiar with GB, CCS, DNV, ABS, API and AISC codes; proficient in STAAD.Pro, SACS, ANSYS, CAD and Tekla software.

• Experience Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with 1+ years offshore EPC structural design or construction technical experience are preferred.

• Competence Familiar with offshore steel structure construction procedures; capable of independent technical analysis and problem-solving; basic English technical document reading and writing ability.

• Personal Traits Rigorous work attitude, good communication and coordination skills, able to adapt to project residency and business trips.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experienced in offshore platform, jacket, FPSO or offshore wind EPC projects.

• Hold Registered Structural Engineer or relevant professional certifications.

• Possess overseas project working experience and fluent technical English communication skills.
