Job Description

Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Structural Engineer to join their growing team in Malta. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, analysis, and supervision of structural works, ensuring projects are delivered in line with technical standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Perform structural design and analysis of buildings and structural elements in reinforced concrete and masonry.
• 
  Manage and oversee structural engineering aspects of ongoing projects.
• 
  Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor structural works.
• 
  Ensure works are carried out in accordance with designs, technical standards, and regulations.
• 
  Prepare and review structural calculations, drawings, and technical documentation
• 
  Coordinate with architects, draughtspersons, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• 
  Provide technical support and resolve structural issues on site.
• 
  Support project delivery from design stage through to completion.

Requirements

• 
  Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• 
  Proven local experience in a Structural Engineer role.
• 
  Strong knowledge of Eurocodes and local building regulations
• 
  Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• 
  Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driving licence
• 
  Must be based in Malta
• 
  A local warrant will be considered an asset.
