ISS International S.p.A. is currently looking for a Structural / Architectural Supervisor to join an important Oil & Gas development project based in the La Spezia area, Italy.
The selected professional will support the supervision and coordination of structural and architectural construction activities related to industrial or offshore-type facilities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety requirements, and construction quality standards.
The role includes follow-up of structural steel works, platforms, supports, module-related activities, architectural finishes, cladding, insulation, interfaces with other disciplines, and support to punch listing and final walkdowns.
Main Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering or other relevant discipline
At least 8 years of experience in the relevant discipline after graduation
Proven experience in structural and architectural supervision within industrial, Oil & Gas, offshore module, or comparable project environments
Good knowledge of structural steel erection, supports, platforms, access systems, cladding, insulation, and architectural finishes
Familiarity with applicable construction and welding standards
Ability to interpret fabrication drawings, layouts, and construction detail drawings
Experience in coordination with piping, electrical, HVAC, painting, and other site disciplines
Exposure to module construction, offshore buildings, living quarters, control rooms, or similar facilities is a plus
Good command of English
