Full-Time & Part-Time Position

Pay: $14 to $24 per hour

Turn your passion for fitness, wellness, or helping people into a hands-on career with Stretch Zone. We are hiring a full-time Stretch Practitioner to help clients improve flexibility, mobility, range of motion, and overall quality of movement through one-on-one assisted stretching.

No Stretch Zone experience is required. We provide paid online training, live hands-on training, and certification.

What You’ll Do

• Provide one-on-one assisted stretching sessions
• Follow Stretch Zone techniques and protocols
• Help clients improve mobility, flexibility, and range of motion
• Build strong relationships with members
• Track client progress and support a great client experience
• Keep the studio clean, organized, and professional
• Support daily studio needs and member engagement

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, dependable, and coachable
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working hands-on with clients
• Interest in health, fitness, wellness, athletics, or movement
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Fitness, wellness, massage, physical therapy, kinesiology, or sports background is a plus

Compensation: $14.00 - $24.00 per hour

Most stretching methodologies try to wait out, overpower, trick, or ignore the stretch reflex. The proven way to increase performance and mobility is to work with the stretch reflex with the revolutionary techniques available through the Stretch Zone® Methodology (SZM). The SZM Practitioner identifies any postural and movement limitations, then tries to correct or mitigate them through specific applied stretching sessions. With a balanced system the customer will reach their true maximum potential, whether they are an professional athlete, weekend warrior, couch potato, or suffering from chronic pain or illness.

A career with Stretch Zone® means not just meeting and maintaining a level of excellence, but continually improving in skill, to further one’s expertise and to advance the industry. As a minimum prerequisite to SZM we recommend a personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work.
