Stretch & Membership Consultant

Part-Time | Miami Beach | Hourly Pay + Uncapped Commission

Stretch Zone Miami Beach is hiring confident, outgoing, and sales-minded individuals to join our North Beach and South Beach studios as Stretch & Membership Consultants.

Expected Earnings (Based on 20 hrs/week but up to 35 hours per week is available)

• Entry / training phase: $1,800–$2,200/month
• Consistent performer: $2,200–$2,800/month
• Top performers: $3,000–$3,600+/month (membership + event sales)

What You’ll Do

• Conduct first-time stretch experiences and wellness consultations
• Recommend membership programs based on client needs and goals
• Deliver practitioner-assisted stretching sessions using the Stretch Zone Method®
• Follow up with leads via calls, texts, and in-studio outreach
• Meet and exceed monthly membership sales goals
• Participate in community events and wellness activations
• Build long-term client relationships that drive retention and referrals
• Maintain a high-energy, professional studio environment

Ideal Backgrounds

We’re especially interested in candidates with experience in:

• Membership sales or fitness sales
• Boutique fitness studios (Orangetheory, F45, Barry’s, etc.)
• Hospitality or luxury customer service
• Personal training, yoga, Pilates, or wellness coaching
• Med spa, chiropractic, or recovery environments
• Commission-based sales roles

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and confidence speaking with clients
• Comfortable recommending and selling membership-based services
• Goal-oriented and motivated by performance-based income
• Interest in fitness, wellness, recovery, or mobility
• Coachable and open to structured training
• Reliable private vehicle (cars, trucks, SUVs)
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

No prior stretching experience required — paid certification provided.

Compensation

Most team members exceed base hourly value through commission within their first 60–90 days.

• $18–$21/hr base pay depending on role activity (admin, outreach, and stretch sessions)
• Uncapped commissions (10% on new membership packages)
• Additional earnings from prepaid sessions and paid wellness events

Training

All hires complete:

• Paid sales training
• Paid Stretch Zone certification program
• Paid in-person onboarding at corporate training in Fort Lauderdale

Stretch Zone is a leader in practitioner-assisted stretching, helping clients improve mobility, recovery, and overall wellness through a structured, client-focused experience.
Compensation: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour

Most stretching methodologies try to wait out, overpower, trick, or ignore the stretch reflex. The proven way to increase performance and mobility is to work with the stretch reflex with the revolutionary techniques available through the Stretch Zone® Methodology (SZM). The SZM Practitioner identifies any postural and movement limitations, then tries to correct or mitigate them through specific applied stretching sessions. With a balanced system the customer will reach their true maximum potential, whether they are an professional athlete, weekend warrior, couch potato, or suffering from chronic pain or illness.

As a minimum prerequisite to SZM we recommend a personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work.
