Conduct static and dynamic stress analyses using FEA tools such as NASTRAN/PATRAN.
Build and validate Finite Element Models (FEM) for cabin components and load-carrying structures.
Evaluate interface loads, deflections, and margin of safety across cabin monument installations.
Perform hand calculations to support FE results and certification documentation.
Ensure structural integrity under operational and ultimate load cases in compliance with EASA/FAA regulations.
Create and maintain stress reports and certification substantiation files.
Support the development and validation of test plans, including 16g/9g static and abuse tests.
Work closely with design engineers to optimize structural layouts and materials.
Assist in evaluating non-conformities, repairs, and concessions from a stress perspective.
Participate in internal and external design reviews, ensuring compliance with airworthiness and DOA processes.
Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in aerospace structural analysis, ideally in cabin interiors or monument structures.
Proficiency in FEA tools: NASTRAN, PATRAN; knowledge of ISAMI, Hypermesh, or Abaqus is advantageous.
Familiarity with CS25/FAR25 regulations and aerospace certification environments.
Experience with both metallic and composite materials.
