The Streets & Stormwater Department provides a structured career ladder, offering opportunities for growth through four roles: Maintenance Worker, Equipment Operator, Public Service Technician, and Public Service Technician II. Employees may work in adverse weather conditions such as sleet, rain, humidity, high temperatures, and prolonged sun exposure.
