This is a Temporary position for 2 years fixed term (might be extended +1 year).

Your mission:

As Streams Collaboration Coordinator within the Business Segment Corrugated Solutions (CrS) you will play a key role in driving process excellence, digitalisation, and system optimisation across all the streams. Your focus will be on enhancing operational efficiency, supporting key stakeholders, and contributing to Mondi CrS’s overall competitiveness.

Your main tasks include:

• Act as the primary liaison between various business streams to align processes, functionalities, and development activities within S/4HANA
• Oversee and coordinate the mapping, optimization, and integration of processes across different streams, ensuring consistency and efficiency in S/4HANA
• To take care of safe, secure and speak up-friendly environment
• Monitor ongoing developments, enhancements, and customizations in S/4HANA, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business needs
• Plan, organize, and manage agile sprints related to S/4HANA developments, ensuring clear priorities, scope, and deliverables
• Critically assess proposed developments and ideas from both business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring feasibility, value addition, and alignment with strategic goals
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among business units, IT teams, and external vendors to foster a cohesive development environment
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, system optimizations, and innovative solutions within the S/4HANA landscape
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of cross-stream activities, development progress, and key decision points; provide regular updates to leadership
• Be responsible for implementing the planned projects for Business Segment to ultimately support and improve the efficiency of daily operational tasks through systems and increase Mondi Corrugated Solution’s competitiveness
• Close contact with your Core Process Business Solutions Manager and other Cluster Leads about the updates, open topics, etc. and your IT counterpart
• Support/collaboration with Master Data Specialist
• Contribute to embrace an organisational culture with a strong transformational mind-set
• Example of topics you lead: Intracompany, Subcontracting, Box Erecting, Sprint Management, OTIF, Offset

Your profile:

• At least 3 years of experience with SAP ECC or S/4 HANA, CRM, OMP, BW is essential requirement
• Experience as SAP key user is valuable advantage
• Project-, Change- and People Management skills are essential
• Proactive approach towards information sourcing and solution driven personality
• Excellent command of English, in addition Polish/ German/ Turkish is advantage
• Readiness to travel (up to 30%)
