As Stream Head Growth Products, you will own the strategy, roadmap and delivery of the products JazzCash uses to engage, activate and retain its customers. The portfolio covers promotional products, hyper-personalization, conversational banking, gamification and referrals, in-app messaging and nudges, and merchant-funded offers.

This role sits where product management, growth and data meet. You will turn growth hypotheses into shipped, measurable products and build the reusable engagement platform that the Growth, CVM and Marketing teams run their campaigns on. You will report directly to the Head of Growth, starting as an individual contributor delivering through Product, Technology, Data and Design squads, and growing into a team of product managers as the portfolio scales.

What you’ll own

• Define the strategy and roadmap for engagement and growth products, tied to MAU, activation, transaction frequency and retention.
• Build a configurable promotions engine with abuse controls and cost-per-incremental-user tracking.
• Lead personalization and conversational channels (in-app assistant and WhatsApp), with responsible use of generative AI.
• Design gamification, referrals and the push and in-app nudge stack.
• Build a merchant-funded offers platform that lowers JazzCash’s incentive spend.
• Prove impact through A/B tests, run delivery with engineering squads, ensure SBP and PTA compliance and build a product team.

What success looks like

• Growth products move MAU, activation, transaction frequency, usage diversification and retention.
• The promotions engine lets Growth and CVM launch campaigns without new development each time, at controlled cost per incremental user.
• Personalization, conversational and nudge products reach customers in production and show measurable, attributable impact.
• Merchant-funded offers grow into a revenue line that reduces incentive spend.
• Products are delivered on time, compliant with SBP and PTA requirements and retired or redesigned if they don’t perform.
• A strong team of product managers is built as the portfolio scales.

Requirements

You may be a strong fit if you

• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Economics or a related field.
• Bring 5-7 years of product management experience, including 3+ years building consumer growth products used by millions, ideally in fintech, telco, banking, e-commerce or super-apps.
• Know engagement and CLM platforms, promotions engines, personalization systems and conversational AI, with enough technical depth to work credibly with engineers.
• Are data-fluent (SQL, product analytics, experiment design) with sound judgement on incentive economics.
• Have excellent stakeholder management skills and familiarity with regulations for digital financial services.
